I'm a new employee at Natus. What should I do to enroll in benefits?

You must be an active, full-time employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week to receive benefits from Natus. You need to enroll in Natus benefits via PlanSource within 31 days of your hire date and you can start using your benefits immediately.

Me and my partner had a baby. How do I update my benefits?

If you are an existing employee and have a qualifying life event, you can make changes to your benefits within 31 days from the day of the event. In order to make changes to your benefits, you need to log into PlanSource and provide supporting evidence (learn more about the supporting documents). 

I'm confused about all the benefit terminology. What shall I do?
