Natus Sensory offers two different types of fully insured medical plans with Aetna. Both plans include coverage in-network preventive care at 100%, prescription drug coverage, and an annual limit on your expenses. These  plans provide coverage for in-network and out-of-network care, and you do not need to select a PCP for care coordination.

​However, employees will pay the least amount when utilizing an Aetna Network Provider as employee’s will benefit from Aetna’s negotiated fees. If employees go out-of-network, there will be higher Out-of-Pocket expenses and you will have to pay the difference between Aetna’s allowable amount and the provider’s total billed fees.

Aetna HDHP+HSA Plan:  SBC - HDHP  |  Benefit Summary

• It qualifies as a high-deductible health plan, giving you access to a tax-advantage Health Savings Account (HSA).

• The HSA is a bank account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to help you pay for eligible health care expenses.

• When you elect this plan, you will automatically be enrolled in the Inspira HSA plan to receive the Natus Sensory HSA contribution.

Aetna Open Access PPO Plan:  SBC - PPO | Benefit Summary

• This plan operates like a traditional PPO plan with in-network and out-of-network coverage.  

• There is a lower deductible, copays and out-of-pocket maximum limits when you stay in-network.​​​
