Follow the steps below to find an in-network provider - it can save you money and get the care that is right for you and your family:
If you have the Aetna plan...
Finding the right Aetna providers are important for you and your family to get the most from your health coverage. You can locate a network doctor or facility through Aetna's "Find a Doctor Online Directory" which is updated regularly.
Click For More Information to download the search instructions to help guide you or you may simply call Aetna's Customer Support for assistance. Refer to your membership ID card for group number and contact information.
To find doctors and locations, go to Health Insurance Plans | Aetna and navigate to:
Find a doctor -> Don't have a member account? -> Plan from an employer? -> Continue as a guest

If you are already enrolled and have your Aetna member ID card, register as a member and follow the instructions.
If you get care from Kaiser...
Kaiser is a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) which means that the services are provided through its own network of doctors, hospitals and other Kaiser-affiliated health care facilities.

Once enrolled, you will select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to manage your care within Kaiser’s network and to refer you to specialists.
To find doctors and locations, view upcoming appointments, message your doctor’s office with non-urgent questions, download the Kaiser app at www.kp.org/mobile or go to www.kp.org.
If you get care from Dean Health Plan...
With Dean Health Plan, you must obtain all care from in-network providers, including doctor visits, lab work, surgeries, hospital visits and pharmacy.
Dean Health Plan requires you to select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to manage your care within the network and to refer you to specialists.
